POLICE are urging people to keep an eye open for a thief who is stealing glasses frames from opticians in Medway. The most recent incident happened at a store in Rainham High Street when the suspect snatched a designer pair of Dolce and Gabanna specs with no lenses in them.

He conned the receptionist by saying he was waiting for his girlfriend and made off with them when her back was turned. A similar incident happened at an opticians in Skinner Street, Gillingham, involving a man with the same description. He is described as being white, well-built with dark, curly hair which is short at the sides. He was wearing baggy jeans and a donkey jacket.
