Model and actress Kelly Brook has lost the baby she was expecting with boyfriend Thom Evans.

The star is understood to be recovering at home after the tragedy, which happened last week.

She has requested privacy as she comes to terms with the loss.

Kelly, who comes from Rochester, had just been voted one of the world's 100 sexiest women.
