Outgoing BP boss Tony Hayward is facing questions today from MPs about the oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico.

The Sevenoaks resident is being grilled by the Energy and Climate Change Select Committee.

He is expected to be asked whether BP's UK offshore facilities are at risk from a similar disaster.

The company's own report into the spill was published last week.

Mr Hayward faced tough questioning from a Congressional Committee in June.
