Kent will start the 2010 cricket season with a trip to Trent Bridge to play Nottinghamshire in the LV County Championship, starting on April 15.
Rob Key's side, who are back in Division 1 after their Division 2 championship success last season, play their first home match against Yorkshire at the St Lawrence Ground a week later.
County champions Durham are the visitors to Canterbury for a four-day match starting on May 17 and Kent end their championship season with a trip to Yorkshire, beginning on September 13.
The Friends Provident Twenty20 Cup has been extended for 2010 and Kent Spitfires will play 16 group matches - eight home and eight away.
They start with a trip to Essex Eagles on June 2, while their final group game is away at Somerset Sabres on July 18. The county are unable to confirm where these fixtures will be played at this stage.
There will also be a return to the popular Sunday League format this year with the ECB 40-over league making its debut.
Kent Spitfires open their 40-over campaign with a home match against Warwickshire Bears on April 25 and finish the group matches with a trip to Durham on September 4.
