Paul Dolan has been appointed as the Kent FA's new chief executive.
Mr Dolan, 32, is county development manager at the association and will take over from Keith Masters, who has been in the role since 1978, when he retires in January.
Mr Dolan (pictured) said: “I am fully aware of the great history and tradition of the association as custodians of grassroots football in Kent since it was formed in 1881.
“My aim is to ensure that we continue to service the needs of the football community and work towards high standards of service delivery to support the governance and development of football in Kent.”
