Kent's top property website KentHomes has reached an all-time high of 19,000 properties on sale or to rent on its web pages.

The figures, achieved last month, mean the number of properties on the site has risen by 17,200, since its launch in September last year.

With more than 100 agent brands on the site and more than 300 agent branches, it means KentHomes is now the country's biggest property portal for Kent.

The KM Group's head of digital sales and development Jules Rastelli said: "The site has gone from strength to strength.

"In September last year, before the launch, we had 4,000 unique users on the website. Now we have 25,000. In terms of page views, in September we had 50,000 and now we have 350,000. These are all people interested in buying property in the county.

"The figures show the site is making its mark in the property market. We had a big sales drive to get estate agents in the county, offering them a free trial, and since then they have been signing up to subscriptions.

"KentHomes.co.uk offers potential buyers or tenants something unique on the property market. There are other national portal websites out there but when most people are looking for a new home, they only want to move a few streets away or to nearby towns. KentHomes offers the functionality of a national portal website but specialises in Kent."
