Kent is set to bask in the sunshine this weekend.
Temperatures are expected to soar to 24 degrees across most of the county on Saturday, with uninterrupted sun bringing the heat.
But it could be one of the last true summer days of the year as showers are set to start on Sunday.
Thunder storms could also rumble over head, before the downpours ease later on in the day.
Temperatures have decreased as expected throughout the month and the forecast is a far cry from the mercury-busting Bank Holiday last month.
September will be brought to a close by a spell of unsettled weather, with Monday seeing some breakthroughs of sun before rain quickly pushes in, especially in the west of the county.
Pushing forward into October early predictions point to some fine and settled weather with bright days, but mist, fog and increasingly some frost overnight.
Rain may appear further into the month.
Temperatures are likely to be close to the average, but with settled weather this will bring warmer days and cooler nights.
