A Kent street is named as one of the most expensive places to live in the South East.
Phillipines Shaw in Sevenoaks is the fifth most costly place to live in the region, according to research from Lloyds TSB: only four streets in Surrey are more pricey.
New year house buyers would need to stump up an average £2.35m to buy in Phillipines Shaw.
But that is mere pocket money compared to the region's most expensive postcode - a home in Leys Road, Leatherhead in Surrey would set you back a cool £3.1m.
Also featured in the top 10 most expenses addresses are Wildernesse Avenue (£2.29m) and Bayleys Hill (£1.82m) - both also in Sevenoaks.
Suren Thiru, housing economist at Lloyds TSB, said: ""Unsurprisingly, the most expensive residential streets in England and Wales are in London, but Leys Road (Leatherhead) takes the title in the South East.
"The survey shows that the most expensive streets continue to be tightly clustered in relatively small areas."
The data is compiled from more than 1.78 million UK post codes - together with house sales information from the Land Registry.
But only streets where there have been at least seven transactions between the start of 2007 and October this year are included.
