Gillingham's League 1 match at home to Millwall this Saturday will kick-off at 12.30pm.

The Gills have been ordered to bring the game forward by the police.

Having held meetings with the police last week, both clubs wanted to keep the kick-off at 3pm.

But, after Gillingham were forced to consult the safety advisory group on Monday, the club were given no option but to agree to an early start.

Gillingham have apologised to supporters for the late alteration in kick-off time.
