A competition that gives kmfm listeners the chance to win a grand in cash is back.

All of have to do to be in with a shot of winning Thousand Pound Friday is listen in to kmfm Breakfast with Garry and Laura at 8am when text lines open.

Details of how to win will be broadcast throughout the day.

Rob Wills on kmfm Drivetime will then call one person at random (who entered via text or online) and send the team to their home with the prize.

The radio station's Street Team will deliver it to the winner tonight, so they can spend it on whatever they want in time for the weekend.
