COMMERCIAL Fleet World is the latest authoritative magazine to honour the Mitsubishi L200 range of pick-ups.

In the 2002 awards ceremony, Grace Gibb, the editor of the magazine, presented the best pick-up award to Mitsubishi’s UK sales operation director Lance Bradley. The Mitsubishi L200 beat models from Ford Toyota, Mazda and Isuzu.

The L200 is the UK's largest selling pick-up range with two-wheel and four-wheel drive, standard and long wheelbase, single and double cab, workhorse and lifestyle models. Mitsubishi's 2,836 L200 sales during the first four months of this year account for 46 per cent of the UK pick up sector, more than Ford and Toyota put together.
