The last Kent Apprentice to star in the hit BBC1 show has been fired.

Lorraine Tighe reached the last five in the battle to become Sir Alan Sugar's apprentice.

But in a show which saw three candidates kicked off, Lorraine Tighe failed to meet the grade in the interview stage.

Now the account manager has decided to have a makeover.

She said she had had enough of the cruel comments about her appearance in the press.
