The Comedy Club is back with fun and laughter at the Theatre Royal in Margate on Thursday (September 3).
Master of ceremonies is Tim Clark, who looks like a near spitting image of former world class referee Pierluigi Collina.
Tim's cult status continued to rise when he became the patient and personable grim reaper of Virgin Atlantic's award-winning ad campaign. He has also hosted the BBC's classic game show, Give Us A Clue, been featured as a know-it-all panelist on That's Show Business, and written speeches for former England football manager Graham Taylor, the Prime Minister Gordon Brown and numerous other TV presenters.
Opening act is stand-up comic, presenter, actor and compere, Quincy, pictured. As well as performing in all the top UK comedy club venues, Quincy also appears in large-scale venues all over the UK and as a stand-up and in sketch shows including United Colours of Comedy at the Hackney Empire and Big Sister at The Oval Theatre, The Hackney Empire and Stratford East Theatre.
Richard Morton, headlining, is a stand-up comedian, singer, songwriter and winner of the Time Out Comedy Award. He is now a regular on Channel 5, and has also had his own half hour special and guested on a range of shows with Jack Docherty and Jack Dee, among others.
Tickets are £10, show time is 7.45pm and the ticket hotline is 0845 1301786 or 01227 787787.
