Ashley Jackson was on the scoresheet for Great Britain as they began their Olympic warm-up with a comfortable win over India in a tri-nations tournament in Spain on Saturday.
Shivendra Singh had given India a surprise lead after just three minutes in Santander but James Tindall levelled midway through the first half and 10 minutes after the break Jackson (pictured) turned the game on its head with an expert penalty stroke after Tindall was fouled.
Former Sutton Valence schoolboy Jackson was sin-binned soon after as GB were briefly reduced to nine men but they weathered the storm and eight minutes from time Harry Martin sealed victory with a third after a Jackson shot was parried by the keeper.
GB will take on the host nation - who are also in their pool at London 2012 - at 6pm on Monday.
