POLICE are holding a lorry driver following a fatal road accident on the M26 on Monday.
The incident happened on the Kent-bound carriageway when a heavy goods vehicle collided with a blue Ford parked on the hard shoulder near junction five of the M25.
The driver of the car was taken to hospital where he later died of his injuries.
