TWO cars blocked the outside lane of the M20 this morning after they were in collision close to junction four at Leybourne, near West Malling.

Traffic was forced to swerve around the accident which happened on the London-bound carriageway of the motorway and involved a white van and a silver Peugeot.

Tailbacks began to build up as the cars were moved to the hard shoulder, although traffic was free-flowing within 20 minutes.

No-one was injured in the accident.
