AN ACCIDENT on the M20 caused problems for rush hour commuters this morning.

Traffic on the London-bound carriageway was temporarily brought to a halt near to junction 4, for Larkfield and the A228, at about 8am after two cars collided.

Police were called to the scene and the vehicles, which crashed in lane three, had to be moved to the hard shoulder.

Nobody was injured.
