More than 500 people have taken part in a massive training exercise off the Kent coast - to see how emergency teams would deal with a major disaster.

Organisations from across Europe are involved in rescuing volunteer passengers and crew from a mock crash involving a small cruise ship.

It involves and air and sea search off Dover, with "survivors" brought ashore at Ramsgate and taken to a centre in Margate's Winter Gardens.
