Jurors in the £53m Securitas robbery trial have been advised they can now return a majority verdict.
Judge Mr Justice Penry-Jones told the 12 jurors in the Old Bailey case involving Britain's biggest cash robbery only 10 need to agree to reach a verdict.
Defendant Paul Allen, 30, of Huntersfield Close, Chatham, is alleged to have been involved in plotting the £53m armed heist at the Securitas cash depot in Tonbridge in February 2006.
Five people were jailed last year for their parts in the raid.
