A MAN has been charged with the murder of a woman and the attempted murder of a 10-year-old boy.

Alessandro Selvaggi,(both corr) 24, is due in court this morning. (tues)

The body of a 28-year-old woman, who has not yet been formally identified, was found at her flat in Redlands Court, London Lane, Bromley, early on Sunday morning.

She was pronounced dead at the scene and a post mortem gave the cause of death as stab wounds.

A 10-year-old boy was also found with a stab wound and taken to a south London hospital, where his condition remains serious this morning.

Italian Selvaggi, of Redlands Court, London Lane, Bromley, is due before Thames Magistrates’ Court this morning. (Tue)
