Man, 25, in dock over stab murder

A BROMLEY man has appeared in court accused of murdering a man found stabbed to death at home.

Officers discovered the body of Julian Warrington, 44, at his flat in Paulet Road, Camberwell in south London, on Monday, September 3.

Steven Fitzgerald, 25, of Mapleton Close, Bromley, appeared before Camberwell magistrates on Thursday charged with murder.

Five other men have also been charged with murdering Mr Warrington.

Two of them, John Fitzgerad, 27, and Declan Fitzgerald, 22, both of Dora Way, Brixton, are Steven Fitzgerald's brothers.

The others are Paul Hudson, 22, of Gibson Road, Lambeth; Jermaine Morris, 25, of Gypsy Road, West Norwood; and Alan Ellis, 18, of Paulet Road, Camberwell.

All six men are now due to appear at the Old Bailey on December 14.
