Man arrested after street attack

A MAN suffered face and head injuries in a late night attack in Margate. The 21-year-old, from Ramsgate, was assaulted in Charlotte Square shortly before 11pm on Friday.

A 24-year-old man from Margate has been arrested in connection with the incident and has been released on police bail until Tuesday, February 26.
