A POST-MORTEM examination has revealed that a 25-year-old man fatally attacked in the street died from a single injury to the head.

Edward Jones, from Bexleyheath, was assaulted in Lovel Avenue, Welling, on Sunday, December 10. He died the following day at Queen Elizabeth Hospital at Woolwich.

A 26-year-old man has been bailed by police in connection with his death.
