A man has died after an accident in Margate.

The man, who was in his 60s, died after suffering what is thought to have been a heart attack while driving his BMW in Trinity Square, Margate today.

Police and ambulance crews were called at 3.55pm after his car collided with a building in the square.

He was taken to hospital, but died later.
