A YOUNG man in his 30s has been found dead at a guest house in Canterbury Road at Westbrook, near Margate.

Police were called to the scene by the guest house manager who had become concerned after not seeing the man for nearly a week.

The man, believed to be from the Thanet area, was pronounced dead in his room.

Police are not treating the death as suspicious. Thanet coroner Rebecca Cobb has been informed and an inquest will be held.
