A 35-year-old man has been found hanged at a flat in Westcliffe Road, Ramsgate. His body was discovered in the ground floor flat by police who forced entry into the building.

Police say there are no suspicious circumstances. The Thanet coroner, Rebecca Cobb, has been informed and an inquest will be held.

Earlier this year 21-year-old Thomas Charlton was found stabbed to death at the same address.
