A TEENAGER who held a man against his will has appeared before a judge at Maidstone Crown Court.
Alan Starr, 18, of Chelmar Road, Chatham, pleaded guilty to falsely imprisoning Martin Brown on February 15.
Starr is alleged to have held a knife to the victim's throat at the time. However, his defence counsel told Judge Warwick McKinnon that this was denied.
Sentencing was adjourned for a psychiatric report. The court heard that Starr may be ordered to be detained under the Mental Health Act. He was remanded in custody until April 23.
