Hessenthaler's men have gone seven games unbeaten and have lost just twice in their last 17 outings and the Gills boss (pictured) points to this form as evidence of what can be achieved.

"We believe," he said. "It is possible and we’ve proved to people already that we can go on a run of winning games.

"If people looked at the last month and the games we had to play it was going to be tough for us to stay unbeaten but we’ve achieved that.

"People say we’ve had too many draws but they’ve been draws against sides who are up there and we haven’t been beaten by them. It’s a great achievement for the boys."
