Martin Allen is aiming to see his football philosophy being adopted from top to bottom at Gillingham.
Allen’s style of passing football is being integrated from the youth team up so everyone can integrate smoothly.
The Gills boss (pictured) said: "All of them can go and play in the team, they all know what they are doing. It’s all been well rehearsed and drilled into them at the training ground.
"We’ve got the youth team playing like it, the development side are playing like it and the reserve group are playing like it.
"The coaches behind the scenes have all taken it on board. I don’t really see a first team, I see a first team squad.
"We are not talking about individuals, we are talking about a team.
"Everyone is going to play their part. If you don’t play you are still part of the squad and working within the group. It’s the only way we are going to be successful."
