Kenward Trust mark alcohol awareness week after Martin speaks at Recovery Festival

One man is living proof of the work of a drugs and alcohol charity.

Martin, a former resident at the Kenward Trust recovery programme at Kenward House, spoke at the charity's annual recovery festival recently.

He shared his personal story of the trust's recovery programme, and explained how he felt the trust had saved his life.

Now the charity has released details of its work ahead of alcohol awareness week next week.

Kenward House is a residential drug and alcohol recovery project offering a supported, structured programme for men in recovery from drug and/or alcohol misuse.

The therapeutic process uses a range of behavioural approaches combined with a variety of opportunities to develop skills.
