Simon Ince has had more bills than hot dinners.
For the past four years he has been receiving invoices from a meals-on-wheels company meant for a man who has been dead for more than five years.
Mr Ince and his partner have been getting letters from food company Apetito ever since moving into their house in Walderslade, four years ago.
Despite contacting the company repeatedly and even sending them a copy of the dead man’s death certificate, they are still receiving the bills.
The latest invoice arrived last month and is for meals worth £18.20.
Mr Ince’s partner knew the dead man and has been traumatised by the invoices.
Mr Ince said:“It’s very upsetting for her but they don’t seem to stop.
"We have told other businesses about his death and they have stopped sending us letters.
"Why can’t Apetito do the same thing? We just want them to leave us alone.”
Mr Ince said he was previously told by the company a computer error had caused the problem and it could not be fixed.
A spokesman for Apetito said: “We are very sorry for any distress caused.
"The issue in question was caused by an IT problem which has now been resolved and we have removed the address details from our systems so that statements can no longer be printed for that address.”
