Two teenagers arrested in connection with an assault in Lock Street, Gillingham, have been released on police bail.

The 18 and 19- year-old, from Chatham, were questioned by officers following an incident in which two men were injured at about 2.30am on Saturday.

Both were taken to hospital, where one remained overnight.

The teenagers have been bailed until August 10 pending further inquiries.
