A KENT MEP is increasing pressure on the Government to give people a say on whether Britain should sign up to the Euro Constitution.

Daniel Hannan is placing newspaper advertising inviting readers to sign and return a declaration calling for a referendum on the constitution.

It has not yet been formally adopted but many of its clauses have been accepted.
