Holders Welling reached the last eight of the Kent Senior Cup with a 3-1 second round win at Dartford on Tuesday night.
After a goalless first-half in front of a crowd of 507, Welling took the lead through Michael Bakare's 51st-minute volley.
Dartford equalised with virtually their first shot on target, eight minutes from time. Lee Noble's free-kick was too hot for keeper Charlie Mitten to handle and Adam Burchill tucked away the rebound.
However, goals from rookie striker Adam Marsh after 85 and 90 minutes sealed Welling's progress and ensured a triumphant return to Princes Park for Wings boss Jamie Day, who left the Darts earlier this season to take over at Park View Road.
A goal in either half from striker Simon Austin saw Folkestone defeat a largely youthful Dover side 2-0 in the second round.
Dover, however, still took plenty of positives from the evening as Dean Hill, Craig Cloke and Lee Browning all featured ahead of this Saturday's FA Trophy third round tie at Stevenage.
A largely second-string Ebbsfleet side crashed out 3-1 at home to Maidstone.
The Stones were 1-0 up after half an hour through Lyndon Rowland and doubled the lead through former Fleet man Jay Saunders on 66 minutes before Danny Hockton added a third 11 minutes from time. Chris Henry grabbed Fleet's consolation a minute later.
First-half goals from Paul Booth and Liam Baker saw Tonbridge defeat Ramsgate 2-1 at Longmead.
Booth tucked away a 11th-minute penalty before Baker made it 2-0 after 28 minutes. Kenny Pratt pulled one back for the visitors five minutes into the second half.
Curtis Robinson scored the only goal of the game - after seven minutes - to see Margate through against Chatham at Hartsdown Park.
The only team in league action on Tuesday night, Sittingbourne, suffered a 2-1 Ryman League Division 1 South reverse at Met Police.
Gary Abbott's men took the lead through Matt Bourne's 16th-minute header but Police equalised through Paul Honey before half-time.
The hosts then hit the woodwork twice before substitute James Rose scored with just seven minutes left to claim the three points.
Warren McBean's 12th league goal of the season was not enough to save Bromley from a 2-1 defeat at Havant in Blue Square South on Monday.
McBean put the Lillywhites ahead but goals from Ian Simpemba and Wes Fogden gave the hosts the first victory since November.
