Dartford continued their blistering start at the top of the Ryman League Premier Division with a 3-0 win at Sutton on Tuesday.

The Darts, who were without leading scorer Lee Burns through an ankle injury, took their goal tally to 30 in nine games to maintain their eight-point lead.

Sutton, much-fancied at the start of the season, were blown away in the second half as Howarth opened the scoring, Sutton defender Billy Hawes put into his own net and then Haworth netted his second with a diving header.

Maidstone got their first home win of the season, 4-2 at home to Aveley.

Ashley Ulph put the Stones ahead inside the first minute before Mathew Johnson (8) levelled for the visitors.

The result moved Cray out of the relegation zone and above the Essex outfit.

An 89th-minute winner from Lloyd Blackman gave Margate a 2-1 win at Hendon.

Margate keeper Paul Nicholls saved a Jamie Busby penalty in the 33rd minute but was beaten midway through the second half when Glenn Garner scored 25 yards.

Margate hit back through Jack Haverson after Hendon failed to clear a Wayne Wilson free-kick and then Blackman drove home after a fine run and cross by Sam Cliff to cap an improved display with three points.

Chatham went fourth in Ryman League Division 1 South with a 3-1 win over Met Police.

Ray Powell gave Chatham a first-half lead, although Vernon Francis equalised early in the second half for the visitors.

Lee Barnett, who was later stretchered off, and substitute Justin Ascheri then scored twice in as many minutes to seal the points for Alex O'Brien's side.
