Traffic came to a stand still earlier today when three cars collided on the M2 London bound carriageway just before the Medway Bridge.

Kent Police were called to the accident at 9.23am where the accident had blocked the carriageway.

South East Coast Ambulance were also called to the scene but there were no reports of anyone with injuries.

All three cars were moved to the hard shoulder so the road could re-open and traffic started moving again at 9.55am.
