POLICE are concerned for the welfare of a 15-year-old girl who may be missing somewhere in Kent.
Jessica Tilbury, who is from London, was last seen on Sunday, March 19, at about 11.15pm getting off a bus in Burnt Ash Hill in the capital. She may have left the area with two young men.
Jessica has gone missing before but has always returned after a short period of time. She is known to use public transport in London and Kent.
Acting Det Sgt Declan Goddard, based in Lewisham, said: "We are very concerned about Jessica as she has not been in touch with any of her family or friends.
"I would like to appeal directly to anyone who has seen or spoken to Jessica since Sunday or anyone who may have heard of her whereabouts to contact police as soon as possible.
"I would like to assure anyone contacting the police, in particular any younger members of the community, that they will be treated with the utmost sensitivity.
"I would also like to appeal to Jessica directly and ask her to contact the police, or if she prefers, the Runaway helpline free on 0808 800 7070.
"Jessica is not in any trouble and our main concern is her welfare."
Jessica is white and has a fair complexion. She is of thin build and has black hair, which she sometimes wears in a ponytail.
It is believed that on the day she went missing she was wearing a white shirt, a grey fur-trimmed cardigan and blue jeans. She was also wearing a casual jacket that had fur trimming on the hood and black suede boots.
It is believed that she was also wearing two yellow metal necklaces with a yellow metal teddy bear and clown on them.
One of the Jessica was seen with is described as white, about 16 years old, and possibly wearing a dark hooded top and Reebok trainers.
The second man is also white and aged around 18 to 19. This man has fair or ginger hair, blue eyes and was also wearing a dark hooded top and trainers.
