A missing prisoner last spotted in Swanley is being hunted by police.

Graham Farrell, 48, was serving a 12-year sentence for armed robberies and other violence offences when he absconded from a Surrey prison.

He was on day-day release on Friday when he failed to return to HMP Coldingley, in Bisley.

Farrell (pictured left) was last seen at around 3pm, when he got on a train at Swanley bound for London Victoria.

He has connections to Kent and south-east London. Police are warning people not to approach him.

Farrell is described as white 5ft 5in and of medium build. He has blue eyes, a fair complexion and very short brown hair. He has a tattoo of a Thai character on his right arm.

Farrell was wearing a grey Nike t-shirt, blue jeans, a green coat and black boots. He might have been carrying a dark blue holdall.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Farrell is asked to phone Surrey Police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
