A teenage girl missing for over a week has been found safe and well.

Police say 13-year-old Colleen Brown, who had not been seen since Sunday, September 13, was found in Gillingham.

She had been spotted at the Caldecott Foundation, a children's charity based in Smeeth, near Ashford at around 2pm on that day.

Police have thanked the public for their help in tracking her down.
