POLICE say a 68-year-old woman missing from her home for two days was found safe and well last night.

Friends of Grace Venables, of King Street, Margate, had been particularly concerned as they said was unlike her to go missing.

Police were also concerned for her welfare because she recently had a heart operation for which she needs to take medication.
