A pupil at Ashford's Towers School six form centre is in a national modelling competition - and is asking for your vote to help her get to the final.

Sizteen-year-old Suzy Skipper is one of 60 contestants for the January round of Miss UK Face Of Fashion 2009 competition.

She is the youngest in her category, the only girl from Kent and, what she is most proud of, she is one of the few not to be photographed in her underwear.

Suzy said: “I like to think it is about how to look good with your clothes on.”
