More and more people are tuning in to Kent-based radio station kmfm.

In total, more than 180,000 listeners are tuning in each week, according to the latest audience research from RAJAR, released today.

That means the station has an impressive 22,000 more listeners than this time last year.

The average listener switched on for more than six hours each week, across all age groups.

But it seems many are tuning in for fantastic competitions and promotions, including Pay Your Bills, Cash is on The Car and Cash Hits.

Particularly popular has been Thousand Pound Friday, when listeners can tune in during the day... and stand the chance of winning £1,000 delivered to their door by the evening.
