A motorcyclist has died after being involved in a crash near Ashford.

The 59-year-old, who came from Shadoxhurst, had been in a serious condition in a London hospital after being involved in a collision on Ashford Road, Kingsnorth, at 2.30pm on Tuesday last week. He died in hospital yesterday.

Two lorries and two cars were also involved in the crash but no-one else was seriously injured.

Officers investigating the incident would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or the moments leading up to it.
