A mum of twins who suffered kidney failure after getting e.coli from a Surrey farm has vowed to take her fight to the High Court.

Tracy Mock is bringing her claim against Godstone Farm in Redhill after sons Aaron and Todd Furnell, both three, were infected.

The farm refused to admit liability and the claim has been escalated to the High Court.
It comes after the Griffin Report into the outbreak last August, when 93 people became infected.

Mum Tracy said: "We are looking for compensation for Aaron because we don't know what the future holds for him. It's to safeguard his future really - we don't know whether he'll be able to work, whether he'll need dialysis."

She said the twins had been extremely poorly since the farm visit.
She added: "Both the twins were in hospital and both had kidney failure and dialysis and they were both very poorly.
"Aaron in particular had quite significant kidney damage and I still have to take him to London for check ups and he's still on medication.

"They are typical three year olds, lively sweet little boys."
No date has been set for the hearing.
A spokesman for Godstone Farm said they were unable to comment.
