POLICE are appealing for information following the theft of a music organ and a Yamaha keyboard from a Kent church.

The theft happened in Church Street, Burham, near Rochester, between noon and 7.30pm on Saturday.

A police spokeswoman said it appears that someone entered the church during the afternoon while the hall was in use for activities.
