PARENTS scared off a tramp who stripped and started washing himself in a stream next to a children’s play area.

The 60-year-old man then ran naked though the open space in Brooks Way, St Paul’s Cray, before being arrested.

He was taken to Bromley Police Station after the incident at about 10.30am last Thursday and cautioned for public order offence.
