VAUXHALL'S Corsa has the option of more big car features for the new model year, along with money-saving engine additions to some of the range. Full-size curtain airbags on both sides of the car are available for Comfort, Elegance, SXi and SRi models. A protection pack is £300 including VAT.

Electronic climate control, including a heat reflective windscreen, is an option in Elegance and SRi models for £300. For £100 on top of the total purchase price, owners of Elegance models can add 10-spoke 15 inch alloy wheels to their cars.

The 75 PS1.7DTi 16v engine has been added to the SXi range giving it a 60.1 mpg combined cycle, with one of the lowest CO2 emissions in its class at 127 g/km. On the road price for a three door version is £10,750 and for a five door £11,250.
