Gillingham have rearranged their game against Rotherham United for Tuesday, February 8.
Saturday’s original fixture was postponed due to the foot of snow laying on the Priestfield pitch and ice in the surrounding areas.
The Gills have been without a game since beating Barnet on November 23 at Underhill but there is better news regarding the match at Macclesfield this coming week.
Gillingham are due to visit Moss Rose on Saturday and despite a layer of snow still on their pitch they are confident of getting a game on.
A statement said: “With temperatures not predicted to drop below freezing again until later in the weekend and the met office not predicting significant rain this should give any frozen portions of the pitch plenty of opportunity to thaw.
“The groundstaff are optimistic about the prospects for Saturday’s game.”
