Welling's abandoned Blue Square Bet South game with Bromley will be played again next Wednesday.
The game was abandoned after 88 minutes on February 8 when the floodlights failed with Welling winning 2-1.
But any hopes the Wings had of letting fans in for nothing to see the rematch were dashed when the Football Conference ruled that they must share the gate.
Bromley, however, have agreed with their neighbours to reduce the admission price to just £5 for adults and concessions with under-12s accompanied by an adult paying £1.
The game has been switched to Wednesday rather than Welling's usual midweek matchday to avoid clashing with the Chelsea v Manchester United Premier League game which is live on Sky.
Meanwhile, the Wings have named their lenders' representatives as Russ Prebble and Malcolm Stroudley, who will sit on a new commitee which will be formed following the recent financial problems at Park View Road.
