SIR Ray Tindle, chairman of Surrey-based Tindle Newspapers, today visited the headquarters of the Kent Messenger Group at Larkfield near Maidstone. He was greeted by Edwin Boorman, pictured left, chairman of the KM Group.

As well as being heads of newspaper groups, both men share a keen interest in veteran cars and have regularly taken part in the famous London to Brighton run which takes place annually in November.
